Hi, BSc nursing from Approved universities lead to nursing registration provided you meet English requirements etc. You will not have to write any additional exam

Hi Twinkle, Universities get funding from Government for scholarships. Best way will be to get in touch with universities individually and seek scholarships
Yes .all the courses are flexible and offer blended mode in which you have the option to do some classes online..so you get time to work.. But make sure you confirm this at the time of admission
Hi.. not that difficult if you have the IELTS score.. there are many universities in Australia which offers the nursing courses.. However , they are pretty expensive

As long as you have 450 hrs of experience in the last 5 years it is considered recency in practice.
