Pretty sure the bosses spawning in your maps is part of the league mechanic, so a specific mob type will be always accompanied by a unique boss. I've had it once before, I assumed it would be 1-2 bosses extra that spawned, holy moly I was wrong...

@@EarthSpirit.easyzdota In 7th grade I was addicted to yugioh and would go to tournaments and spend hours crafting my decks before going to said tournaments so I do understand the enjoyment from menus, tinkering, and brainstorming

to answer your question more directly though I'd say it's probably a 50/50 split between engaging menus and solid ARPG gameplay
