Something I really think is unique and enjoyable to see is her face while working out. Most workout influencers or trainers I see on here or instagram have such smiley faces or relaxed faces while working out. I really like seeing Natacha's face showing strain and hard work and sweat!! It's just nice to know that when I work out I don't feel gross or ugly because I'm not composed BECAUSE THATS NOT THE POINT OF WORKING OUT. Idk I just like the realness that she brings to workouts.
hey sweetie, it's not for everyone as not everyone can listen to their hunger cues and are biochemically regulated, I struggled with it myself when I was restricting (basically going against my intuition and hunger cues) and I made a detailed video about it with a clinical dietitian which goes into the science about when it can be right for you (: but definitely give the meals a try - I've made the fish cakes so many times lately haha!! xxx
Hey beaut, I est intuitively and I really struggled but honestly my advice stick with it and keep trying because it will be so worth it. I keep it really simple, 3 meals a day with a protein, carb and bit of fat and 3 snacks, I try make sure one is some more protein do a smoothie or yogurt. Obvs if I want something like mainly at weekends a cookie, some pizza, burger etc I just have it x

Hey Natacha, I just wanted to say how much you have helped me. I was in a caloric deficit for almost a year, in a plateau, and going to the gym just to say I was going, without putting real effort. I was feeling tired, cold and really demotivated. Your videos encouraged me to start slowly eating more and to really lift some weights in the gym, especially focusing on hipertrophy. Now I feel much much better, thanks to you!!! The only thing is that I haven't really stopped cardio (I love running, I have recently run 10k in 50 min and a half marathon in 1h53 and im so happyyyy), but I hope this wont stop me from reaching my goals (now I want to do full pull ups and press ups - not on my knees!) anyways, just showing some love and appreciation for what you do! ❤

You can still achieve your pull-ups and press ups and get your running in so don't worry about that! I love how you still eat bread, potatoes and meat. Most of the meals that these fitness bloggers eat just don't seem reasonable for someone who shops at Walmart, or someone like me, who would get sick from eating only veggies and fruit. These actually look delicious and fulfilling!
That avocado toast is literally almost everything I could ever want in a breakfast! Just replace the cheese with nutritional yeast and I’d be a happy, happy gal!! 😍❤️

Im so happy you did another one of these. Ive been struggling with eating enough, i thought i was eating intuitively but i was eating intuitively with a bad history with food...so only 1/3 of the cal’s i “should” be eating whilst working out every day. These are SO helpful and encouraging

I just love these what I eat in a day videos, they're basically like daily vlogs with more focus on food. My heart was racing like crazy though, thinking you're going to drop the omlette on the floor any second! And the Alpro soya chocolate pudding is my favourite dessert ever. I have the biggest chocolate cravings some times and these always hit the spot. Also, is there any chance your London meet up will be in the first three weeks of August? Yours is the only way of eating that I can relate to and I find works for me. I eat huge amounts of food as well and have to always end my meals with a sweet dessert. It’s all about balance.
I am going into college and really want to eat healthy still. I also am playing volleyball in college and just in general needs some healthy meals that are easy to create in a dorm room with little time; and also fueling for sports. Excited to watch this video! I have a question… I’ve been wanting to start BUILD now that i’m better, but i’m struggling with what to do nutrition-wise. I was incapable of chewing for about 3 weeks which means i was barely eating and lost a lot of weight (and muscles). I can now chew again but I’ve been struggling very hard to eat enough for the past 2 weeks, I’m not even eating enough for my BMR. Should I wait to start BUILD until I have my nutrition in check? I have a question… I’ve been wanting to start BUILD now that i’m better, but i’m struggling with what to do nutrition-wise. I was incapable of chewing for about 3 weeks which means i was barely eating and lost a lot of weight (and muscles). I can now chew again but I’ve been struggling very hard to eat enough for the past 2 weeks, I’m not even eating enough for my BMR. Should I wait to start BUILD until I have my nutrition in check? I’m not underweight or anything even with the weight I loss. Thank you in advance if you reply
