Muchas gracias!!!!
De nada!
Excellent recipe! It's great that you explain all the details so we don't waste the nuts! ☺
Glad you liked it!
Hello Lionel, Thank you for your wonderful vegan recipes.I also make walnut "parmesan" as I find the flavour to be more complex than the usual cashew version...I use lemon salt instead of the regular kind and a little truffle oil to the mix...delicious.Kindest regards.
Hey! Right? Truffle oil is so deliciously decadent!
I've never seen a recipe using walnuts before, and have never tried the ones using cashews. You always have a good reason for why you do what you do, so this is the recipe I will try : ) Glad you are busy with other projects--better to be busy than to be idle, so they say!--and that you are back to making videos here. Thanks for posting!
It works well with cashew. But I find that walnuts have that tanginess that is closer to Parmesan taste
Great recipe, thank you Lionel !
My pleasure
Finally some walnuts, not cashew. Brawo 👏🏻
Yes! absolutely. I find the walnut a better choice actually. It gives the mix a closer taste to parmesan.
I will definately try this! Thx.
Yes, it’s easy and quite practical to sprinkle on pastas.
❤ this came out very tasty, thank you for the recipe
My pleasure 😊
I tried it - brilliant n delicious
Glad you liked it!!
Let's do cassoulet next! :D
Cassoulet is not a specialty from Provence : )
@@myveganprovence lol neither is parmesan
Pourriez-vous faire une vidéo pour la recette de fromage qui font. Je souhaite faire votre recette de chou fleur mais je ne fais aucune confiance à l’industrie américaine pour me fournir un fromage vegan sans conservateurs ou fillers. Merci !
Ça va venir 😄
Call it what it is - walnut topping. It is not parmesan.
Parmesan is simpler
You are right. I need to add “like” as it’s a subsitute.
WTF? Okay "boss"!
🤣Please don't feed the trolls 🤣
