It's actually refreshing to see 4c afros on bw on TH-cam. You should show how you moisture it throughout the week. And less is better. I'm not a youtuber, but I've been saying this for years: bw with 4c hair especially STOP the daily and/or weekly styling, and you will find that 4c hair isn't "difficult" at all
When i changed wash days to 1/2 hour, stopped applying oils and started keeping my hair in twists for months (i only re-twist if one comes undone) my hair that was collarbone length all my life is growing near and inch a month. 4c hair is easy when you don't fight it.
Girl we definitely have to appreciate growth. Natural hair care consistency which many of us lack. Let's take this journey seriously and enjoy the journey. I am done for the day😎
Love hearing you talk about having fine hair, as a 4c girl all the tips and tricks are so helpful. 💙💙 plus it just feels good to have a community to really identify with.
Siiiiis....me too! Especially in the summer! My hair be bomb...but 30 minutes layturrr..it look like a fresh jheri curl 😩 Thank God for the shrinkage tho! 🙌🏾
I like how you mentioned about styling. Green beauty mentioned how some styles can alternate the volume of your hair when compacted so much. Like those sleek styles many women wear for an aesthetic look that can go against your kinks. So yes I do think having your hair in freer states and less compaction looks can make your hair have more volume!! 💕💕
When you let it go... It actually grows!!! I absolutely loved watching you come into yourself and you help me deal with my own hair journey. When I got my spirit right, everything else just falls into place. And you look GORGEOUS!!!🥰
The first person I've ever seen in media with hair exactly like mine. I've struggled with my hair my entire life and it's nice to see some look and feel pretty with their 4c hair. It inspires me to feel more confident in my own.
The secret to a good Bantu knot out is triangle sections! In areas where my scalp would show I just part it in a way that there would be hair falling there.
Yeah, I had to let go of the dream of chunky twist and chunky twist out. When I first went natural I was obsessed with that style. I also have low porosity hair so getting that moisture in is a challenge and it’s still prone to breakage just by simply touching it. Braids and wigs have helped me retain length.
You and I do not have the same hair texture but I do have fine wavy hair(although lots of it) and you have helped me to love my hair and stop comparing it to other people’s thick luscious voluminous hair
Love watching your videos! I feel I can relate so much as a quirky black woman! Your so sweet, keep up the good work! Your hair is healthy and beautiful 🤩 I’m also on a journey for my hair as well and love seeing a new video from you
So happy for you. So appreciate you and your content. I started to love MY hair, and now it’s starting to thrive. Big chop #26 happened November 2021. But this time I’m different. Excited to be on this journey, and have you as one of my guides.
I band my hair in that way. It prefers heat free stretching. Being a lazy natural(To stop over manipulation & unnecessary tension) is the way 😌. Washing and moisturising every two weeks, protective styling for 3 months it's nice here.
I'm so happy she's speaking on all of this in one video. The methods are just really not the same for kinkier low density hair. I wish I could just be a "lazy" natural, but corporate America just really won't accommodate it. Protective styles with "lazy" hair only on the weekend and vacations. 😔
Great video! Wow! You have answered each and every one of my questions and concerns about why it has been so hard (almost impossible) to get my low density hair to look fluffy and maintain a large afro! I have been trying to figure this out for years! Praise the Most High for you and your channel! Thank you so much. I am so grateful for the tips and tricks. Can't wait to try them. Have a beautiful sweet and stay in peace. Be blessed my beautiful melonated sista!💐
It has me taken a long time to understand about those ' condensing' products😃.yes how you section, style and tie down the hair at night definitely affects how the hair lays afterwards.Having a large bonnet is a plus too!
Always here for a good greens reference lol YES for Floofy Fluff Nugget!! She is giving fullness, Full Form Fluff Nugs I think seeing the curl formers would be fun to see! I like the term preferred style natural lol
I have fine hair strands also. The best bantu knot out occurs with 2 buns, which is "knot" a true Bantu style. Best twist out is also 2, anymore results in locs. Best Braidout is 2 braids.
just today i was telling a friend that i think i need to quit trying to do these dang whatever-outs because they do NOT work for me and i’ve been natural for almost a decade. i have been doing them forever and i’m ALWAYS frustrated by them. i recently realized the difference- low density !! this is so affirming to me that my instinct to just pass on those styles for now
Have you used cornrows to stretch your hair? I find that after I takeout my cornrows my hairs stretched very nicely. You dont have to wear them tight and you can wear medium to large cornrows.
Sadly, I have the opposite with a braid out. You can't see my scalp... in fact, the twists look old at the scalp, but the strands don't look full, and separating them just makes them frizzy! 😭😭 Also, "avoid sweating"? I look as though I worked out when I've only walked to the car! 🤣
I have the same dryer because I wanted something that I can Paddle brush & dry @ the same time.It does wonders on my 4C hair too.Warning can be hot on your hands if you use the maximum setting.
I have thin/fine hair, my hair doesn't look as full as your hair not 1 bit, I have length (mid-back) but not fluff... I dunno if I can pull off an Afro well done 👏 to you! You have achieved my challenge and it looks lush 😍 ✨ 👌 💖 💕 💗
She’s so prettyyyy
She really is
Yes she is a doll 😍😍❤️
Ain't so though! And her sister too! Beautiful souls from what it seems too. I appreciate their fresh air and dope styles.
Her smile is addictive. ❤❤❤❤

@@malkiamorgan2378 It sure is 😊
I agree. Only difference is my 4c hair loves heavy oils. Light oils don’t do nothing for me 😭
@@countessofmontecristo3849 Not for me lol. I literally have to search for afros
No-one’s gonna talk about her skin?
You have beautiful skin 👌🏿
And perfect teeth.
It is so wonderful to see how your fluff nugget has flourished.
Girl we definitely have to appreciate growth. Natural hair care consistency which many of us lack. Let's take this journey seriously and enjoy the journey. I am done for the day😎
@Untainted Afro lol I am here🤗
Can you show how you formed your fro? It looks lovely.
She needs a new intro that adds: “Hi I’m Danielle I’m cute and stuff” cause honeyyy 😍
Can we just acknowledge her hair glow up!
I’m so happy to see fluff nugget flourishing!!❤️
I relate to so much of this!

Right 🥺🤎
You're Disturbed joke legit made me slap my knee in laughter!!
I replayed it so many times 😭🤌🏾
And - Fluff Nugget has got FLOOFY on lock. Gurrrl, she be lookin' Good!
This might sound silly, but could you share how you do your routine when you're styling an afro? I feel like I'm tearing my hair up when I attempt.
I second this motion
Yes i would love to know too
Absolutely! With a full week shoeing morning and night routine. Her afro is awesome!
I fluff out my hair enjoy the largeness in the mirror because once I go outside I know it will be shrinking!
Siiiiis....me too! Especially in the summer! My hair be bomb...but 30 minutes layturrr..it look like a fresh jheri curl 😩 Thank God for the shrinkage tho! 🙌🏾
@@luvmifro1003lovesfamily LOL! absolutely
Your afro looks absolutely gorgeous in this video! Double points for the pretty sunflower! 🌻 😍
Please make a video on how you got your hair like this from start to finish!
You are one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
Same.
No seriously inside and out
Right
She's very beautiful
So damn gorgeous! Skin and fluff nugget on MEGA WATTS!!

What do u guys mean by let it go, I don’t understand bc I put it in braids for a month and I loose soo much hair when I take them out

Fluff nugget is thriving.
Starpuppy: Argon oil is a ✨little pricey✨
Two seconds in a sudden curology ad: **whispering aggressively** it's freeeeeee
It was the collard greens reference for me. I understand. 😂😆😩
Fluffitude is the best word I've heard in a good long while. Trademark that, Danielle!
We need a video for the skin care rountine. That's what I need.
This is the best I've ever seen your hair look since I've been following you, it's so thick and healthy and definitely growing 😍
Yeah, I had to let go of the dream of chunky twist and chunky twist out. When I first went natural I was obsessed with that style. Same. Like, how?
Star Puppys afro is beautiful i always thought 4c hair in its natural down state was the prettiest tbh
You and I do not have the same hair texture but I do have fine wavy hair(although lots of it) and you have helped me to love my hair and stop comparing it to other people’s thick luscious voluminous hair
Yeah, do it bring back some oldies. I would love to see how curl formers would look on your hair now. 😍
Can we just say how beautiful you are. I'm so glad you are happy with yourself.

Your hair looks soo perfect almost like a wig. Can you talk about if scalp exfoliation is a good idea for bald spots and thinning edges?
Avocado oil is a light I use on my fine natural hair. And by the way,, fluff nugget is l looking good 👍🏾
