    I have fine hair and the one thing that absolutely changed my hair for the better is henna. My hair is waist length now and stronger than it’s ever been. The absolute best tip I received in my healthy hair journey was to wash and condition my hair in plaits.

    Amazing how easily you can cane row your own hair, I'm in awe! Fine hair/medium density here, nice to see more content from fine haired naturals. Three things I have been consistent with for the last five months are wearing a silk bonnet for bed, taking MSM supplement with vitamin C and plenty of water, and I now use Rhassoul clay instead of shampoo. What I notice is that my hair feels clean but not entirely stripped, I no longer see a bunch of tiny pieces of broken hair in the tub that I used to, my hair feels stronger. I have tried to finger detangle and it doesn’t work. The tangles and knots are too small for my fingers. My hair breaks and comes out so easy if i do twist or braid my hair with just leave in and oil it still comes out. I gave up and jusr wear wigs but I miss being able to wear my hair.

    • @MrsLadylaw
      @MrsLadylaw หลายเดือนก่อน

      SUGGESTION: Make Love to Your Hair. Sounds weird but that's how I learned how to Finger Detangle.
      I Closed my Eyes & just let my finger lead. I added leave in conditioner to detangle. Lightly let your finger separate each strand--- LITERALLY.
      I promise you - knots will disappear. Slightly open your fingers to SEE your strands. Gently slide apart the knots and you will be shocked that you sometimes turn a Knot into no hair loss. Just go slow. Then one day you will look up & your hair is trained.
      I learned from this wonderful Queen @ the gym. I thought she was exaggerating... baby girl... IT WORKS. Look at my hair - I did a big chop & fell in Love with my hair.
      There will always be things to work on - strange thing is I get lots of compliments but still see "things" to fix. Enjoy the journey my Queen. Be patient & gentle with yourself AND your hair.

      Thin hair is determined by the density of all the hair strands, fine hair is determined by the diameter of the individual hair strand. It's possible to have thin, fine hair or medium density fine hair. Hair being fine has nothing to do with hair texture.
