    OMG I have to say this is the most informative videos for me. I've had dark under eye circles for at least 10yrs. I figured it's genetic COZ my mother has them too. So, I later developed the dark patches under my armpits about 6 months ago. I immediately knew those were from insulin resistance but I never made the same connection with my under eyes. I've been using all kinds of eye creams, they never work. So I started intermittent fasting 3 months ago and lost 20 ponds. Surprisingly, the under eye dark circles improved for the first time in my life. I started suspecting maybe insulin was the culprit and you just confirmed it. OMG

    Rubbing your face, especially the area around your eyes, with ICE Cubes in the morning helped reduce under-eye bags and dark circles might be helpful. It worked for me. I got under-eye loads; I got tested for my kidneys as they were working well, then I started using ICE on the face three times a week, and within 2 months, My face was clear of all puffiness and blackness. Before rubbing the ice, I used some expensive serums, and they only worked for a short time. This easy routine helped me a lot.

    One of major causes of puffy eyes (which you seem to not know about) is narrowed nasolacrimal ducts. They can be narrowed or even blocked as a result of a sinus infectiion. When this happens, a person often experiences tears overflow (this condition is called Epiphora), and due to osmosis, moisture gets accumulated in tissue

    Doctor, the real problem is not carbs in general, it is refined carbs as bread, sweets, fried food as potato chips, etc. Fruit is really healthy if eaten alone in the morning for example (as animals do, they only eat one type of food at a time), it has a lot of nutrients, water and some fiber that is good for macrobiota and poop. Also small quantities of honey are good. What is a poison for the body is any added sugar, grains and nuts (they are seeds so they are full of antinutrients). The same for processed food, it is not natural, the body does not recognize it properly.
    I think keto diets are not good all the time, but can be used as a temporary tool.

      @PhilLesh69 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nealsausen4651 I only learned about it a few months ago. You make it yourself. It's really easy.
      Take a bunch of garlic cloves and remove the hard outer shell from each clove. You can crush them a bit to peel them but otherwise leave them mostly intact (don't cut them up) then put them into a glass jar and cover them with *raw* honey. None of the clear gold honey in the plastic bear (that's flavored corn syrup mostly anyway), but real raw honey that hasn't been pasteurized or filtered.
      Then leave it in a dark cabinet for a week or two. The honey will become darker and thinner and you'll probably see a little bit of bubbling action going on after a few days.

    Honestly, after I did water fasting for 82 hours straight "according to Dr. Berg 72 hrs water fasting video" plenty of things has changed. One of them is weight loss and the second thing, my face and body have changed especially while doing push ups and cold showers that I started a month before 82 hrs water fasting" twice a day . Lost the weight around 8Lb, had autophagy benefits, looked younger and my eye bags are gone with tight face skin especially with push ups that put strength on my face, chest, and neck.
    Try water fasting for 72 hrs, after that fast two days weekly for 16 to 20 hrs so"4-6hours for meals" you can keep the benefits
    Cold shower is the best that ever happened to me also, cured me somehow from Anosmia because of allergies without using steroid sinusitis pills.

      Yeah, the Keto diet is kind of nonsensical.. It's very unlikely to bring the miracles people say it does. Rings under the eyes are just a thing that happens. If you're malnourished it's gonna be worse, but cutting out carbs isn't going to make you _less_ malnourished, rather the contrary.
      plenty of water and vegetables in your diet is pretty much as good as it gets for skin. Less salt helps too. That's pretty hard with Keto, cause without salt, all the keto food tastes like garbage.

In that case follow all the above recommendations, and lightly massage the face in a lymph moving process sequence, and using a very good dual length infra red and red light (660 and 880) and with some warm compresses or hot shower on the face will get the lymph moving properly - at least it does for me (and ultimately no puffiness at all)
