I'm late to this but I found this a really cool Rebrand Check list for marketers and designers. 1. Make sure your new id connects with what you do. 2. Make sure it has depth, is flexible, provides you with lots of communication options. 3. Be brave. I think Zendesk has been really courageous and thoroughly true to what they stand for.

The icons are too abstract when static, but they're so adorable when they move.
Zendesk is going to need to find a way to make them move more often.
