I like the new logo. It looks timeless. Very simple, but also classic. Also, it's now in line with Australia's Hungry Jack's (Australian Burger King) logo.
Personally, It's a food brand. Needs simplicity yet creativity instead of typorgraphy. If they played with Fonts emerging into the menu BK has, that would be hella awesome!
