I have this engine in a lotus europa, no extra's just light and electric fan. aac valve does not adjust, just going on/of (disconnected aac valve 950rpm, connected aac valve 1200rpm) wondering if I can get it out completely

Probably yes if you have clutch type cooling fan, watch the coolant and oil temperature carefully

it will stall if it is not warm. You need the idle valve. It acts as a breather tube to allow air for idling air pressure while the throttle is shut. Especially on these big unit AAC/IAC valves.
Imagine you have surgery on your airway in your head/nose. The surgeon will use an air tube down your throat to allow you to breathe oxygen so you don't get brain damage from lack of oxygen while asleep. - this is how the auxiliary air valves and idle control valves work on these Nissan engines.
