My late father used have his poodle steer a moped and they used ride in all the parades. I always said he was my baby brother in furry pajamas. You can tell Budd is well loved and a son in furry pajamas.

I am thinking this is entirely legal because what the dog is driving probably isn't considered a "car" by the DMV, so therefore you dont need a license to drive it.
