Let me tell you my story of your best Amazon service, I ordered 1 phone which was to be delivered after 2 days it was out for delivery also but then in the evening the status changed to return to the seller as I didn't accept the order but I didn't even received a phone call from the delivery agent. Later called Amazon customer care for update they told me package was damaged so it got returned. After 2 days it again got out for delivery and at evening again return to seller and then the next day it got delivered. After few days ordered a laptop stand again same thing happened on the delivery day return to seller with same story and this same thing happen with another order (trimmer) and till date I have not received my orders. Guess what I was prime member but cancelled the subscription because of this worst service.

I ordered a phone for my mom during this Great Indian Festival, upon unboxing I found some scratches near the type c port and hence raised a replacement request and they instantly accepted the request without even asking for proof like sending some photos or videos to them. And the next day the replacement was completed. And I contacted Amazon Customer Care through Chat service not by phone call which the majority of people do. So yeah Amazon is atleast Trustworthy. Expecting such a service from Flipkart would be a dream.

. You have to give the cash first. As per the rules If you find the wrong or damaged product , you can ask the delivery agent to return the money but have to place the order once again' in the flipkart.

She doesn't know much about these electronic gadgets, The courier boy just showed the hdphn to my mom, my mom happily received it, but then in the evening, I came home & found that the hdphn I hv bn given is a wrong model product, After a 13 days battle, I finally gave up. I couldn't return or replace my product. Now I uninstalled Flipkart 😡😡😡

Recently main ne 3rd October ko amazon se iPhone 13 book Kiya tha par automatically amazon ki taraf se cancel ho gaya aaj 10 din ho gaye hai abhi tak card main refund nhi aaya customer care call Kiya dono side amazon ke kehna hai ke refund initiated kar diya gaya hai sbi wale keh rahe refund nhi kiya hai amazon ne ab samajh nhi aa raha hai kya karu card ka bill bhi generate ho gaya hai 😢 any solution??

Mera passport by post delivery hone wala tha delivery ke ak din pahle scammer phone karke paisa mang rah tha use passport ka post number bhi pata tha and mene paisa nahi diya next day apne ap delivery hui. Insabka matlab tha post office bhi scammers ke sath mile hua tha and passport office too
