So glad that you fully understand how vital your role as a father is for all your children, but especially for little Adia, being a girl. From your videos, it really looks like you are doing it right. Loving them, letting them know that it’s okay to fall, then how to get back up. Teaching them/letting them figure things out/problem solving, from a young age. Yet being there to help them, if they can’t do it themselves. Great job dad and mom!

Man your daughter is the best. I have watched many of your videos and if I'm having a bad day . I just listen to her happiness and joy and makes the day better.

Sure that if she goes the wrong way you are there to guide her and pick her up if she falls. She is now being allowed to tackle harder slopes and is doing brilliantly and the videos with Luca and August are absolutely brilliant too. I hope we can see more as the children get older.

What fantastic pictures of Adia and the awesome snow ghosts !!! Absolutely gorgeous! I get so nervous watching her ski, terrified she will go over an edge....she has such control, I just LOVE WATCHING her !
You follow the most important rule with kids and that's to make it fun. I don't ski anymore, but I live on a lake and have taken many kids out fishing, and as long as they're having fun they'll want to do it again

Hey. Just wanted to say that I’ve started teaching my 2.5 year old daughter Emma to ski. I’ve used your videos for information for me but also to get Emma excited to go. We watch them together. When she wakes up she says “I want to see Adia videos.” So far so good. Thanks for the videos.

@@ThatMountainLife December 26th 2003 I hurt my back severely basically broke it at Whistler heli skiing only skied one other time since.... Moved to Florida and became a boater / fisherman... But I tell you soon as I get done with taking care of my mom. I'm coming up to British Columbia not just to go skiing, not just for the beautiful country and scenery but to visit you guys and have a hot chocolate and say hello You guys truly are an incredible family. You guys rock!

Your kids are learning all the right skills to be strongly independent spirits! It’s fun to watch their progress. At what age would you let your kids hit the slopes without an adult?
That’ll be a gradual and conditions pending graduation. It’s a big mountain and I’ll want my kids to know how to handle lots of potential situations with broken gear, deep snow and poor visibility/wind etc.
