Но это бизнес центр. Во всех остальных развитых странах, небоскреб это мера для экономии места. В том же самом Дубаи, небоскреб нужен для привлечения внимания ивесторов)) Места там много)

Какие компании по твоему смогут себе позволить арендовать там офисы? Узбекбанк, узбекавто, узбекнефть, узбекуголь, узьекметалл, узбекаграрий и узбекжд. Вот и все! А там 5 мать его 75 метров!!!)))) дажеесли будут тц и рестораны, это максимум 5 этажей. Гостиница и апартаменты еще мах 10 этажей. Не будет этого небоскреба в пустынном, богом забытом узбекистане.
