You can store them for upto 2 yrs in a dry dark space. The skin may look wrinkly but the flesh will still be very sweet, just make sure you cut the stalk at least 6 inches to keep for long storage

Do you keep saving the seeds? I thought crown prince is an f1 variety so won't be the same if you grow out the seeds.

Bad information in this video, Crown Prince seeds should not be saved because it is a hybrid variety that will not grow true to type.
