I'd love to see a week or 2 in your routine with "hair under there" process I also would like to see more about how dying can impact growth, texture, and porosity and what that means for my hair, and options for hair dying routines when you are trying to retain length and continue to strengthen and moisturize. Thanks!🥰
@CurlyChemistry I was super excited about trying the gel and believe in but I have I believe low porosity hair I put my hair in a glass of water and it just stays at the top is there anything else like this on the market really need some hydration for the summer.
Hey curlfriends! Happy Friday!! Thank you for watching and don't forget to check out Kapri Hair Care! kaprihaircare.com/collections/l PROMO CODE: CHEMIST
Requests: Reviews on the top celebrity hair care lines: Donna's Recipe Pattern,TPH,Cecred, and Fenty hair care. Collabs with other natural textured hair TH-camrs. Vlogs.(Day in your life or shopping for hair care products etc, attending special events etc) Thanks for sharing 🎉🙏🏾💜💐😀
What I would LOVE to see is hair care hacks for locked hair. Does it need to be trimmed like loose hair? Is it as important to stay ahead of dryness? How different than loose hair is techniques for keeping it healthy? I watch you and the green beauty channel all the time and have learned a great deal over the years. Between the two of you I have not had to watch any other source for African-type hair. But I was searching tonight for information on loc maintenance. I’d love to know if there’s more information I can use to keep my hair healthy.
I bought the transformation deep conditioner and the flax seed gel and it was wonderful! I definitely plan on making the conditionee a staple in my routine!
Video requests idea: Best brushes for detangling and defining curls? The african threading protective style, best serums that promote hair growth for the scalp, and maybe more videos on how to embrace natural hair in a world filled of texturism if you want just an idea 💝💖💙💗💓💞
I’d love to see content regarding kids hair products. Is that market all hype? Any things to consider or trends for those products. Also, I’d love a video on the affects of chlorine on hair and ingredients/tips to mitigate that.
Can you do a video on the Miche products. Shampoo, deep conditioner & leave in. I think their products are amazing but of course I would like to hear your take on it & about the ingredients. Thx
Hey! The batana oil I recommend can be found in my Amazon store, here's the link: www.amazon.com/shop/curlychemistry/list/2N23NG4DTKSNV?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d
Hello! How much product is recommended to use for the different curl types: oil (particularly castor oil) vs butter (shea butter) vs moisturizer ( glycerin/ rosewater)
Hey! Loved this video as always! I would love to see more videos on nutrition and a great video to do would be on how to take care of our hair in the summer months or after pool hair care also a good subject would be how washing your hair affects the health of your skin (since when you get your hair done your face clears up lol. Also a video on a week of your natural hair would be lovely. Then lastly can we have a video on drugstore haircair (cvs, Walgreens etc) and sun protection for the hair, do we need a specific product?
Tonya, great video. Is this hair care line only online?. I would try it. Thank you Next question what do you think about using hair weights to stretch or elongate your hair to reduce shrinkage? Thank you.
Hello, I enjoy all your videos and pass them on to family! I would like to see good products that promote healthy gray hair that does not discolor the gray strands. Also, I would like to see beneficial products for baby/kids hair and what safe style aids to use that do not break their delicate young hair. On another note, which may seem odd but if you have any tips for hair that grows slower on one side of the head than the other. My hair flourishes all other except for the left side. I am a physically healthy woman, and it's been like this for years, and I try to put in more care on that side. Any tips about this would be good, and I am wondering if this is a common issue. Thank you! Keep up the great work!
Looks and sounds interesting. Will try because of your recommendation. Would love to hear how you feel about this product a few wks from now after u have used it a few more times😊
Do any or all of these products have a lot of protein? Because I read that low porosity hair shouldn't use products that contain protein. Always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️
That must be trending topic, because I've been hearing that a lot lately. I don't agree with that, all hair can benefit from protein treatments. Our hair is made up of protein, so it's compatible with protein. However, using the wrong level of protein can cause issues. This is why I recommend light weight protein treatments on a monthly or every other month basis. Hard core protein treatments can be beneficial to, but usually when the hair has gone through severe damage or needs a pick me up. I'll talk more about this topic soon! :-)
In the leave in cream it has flaxseed (protein) and towards the bottom of the list it has hydrolyzed wheat protein... would that be too much protein for my low porosity 3c/4a/4b natural hair?
I've embracing grey low prosity hair for the past 2.5 years now trying different hair products zo see what effectively wirks for me. I receive and will use this morning the 3 products you mentioned in this video. I will see the results from Springfield MA-7/19/24
Aren't marshmallow root and flaxseed both humectants that contain protein? For my high porosity hair, humectants are too tricky and not worth the trouble to manage, at least for me. I just try to avoid them where I can, including glycerin, which is in almost every hair product. I have similar concerns about protein, particularly for leave--ins and stylers, so I just do a protein deep conditioner 1-2 times per month. I think I need to book a consultation?
I must say I always enjoy your content! Always informative and helpful!! Thank you!! Video Requests - How can we help the health of our hair internally! I know half the battle is what we consume on a daily basis. So knowing what we should eat and supplements we can take as well as how regular exercise can help 🤷♀
Yess! I love this topic, and I've been trying to decide if I want to talk about this topic on TH-cam or off TH-cam, only because some of things I want to share may be considered "controversial" so I may do a webinar on this topic. Either way stay tuned! :-)
I learned that my hair likes moisturizing creams with flaxseed in it so I am going to check out the leave in conditioner. As far a request, maybe you can do reviews on various shampoo bars---the ones with actual surfactants in them and not the lye based shampoo bars that are really just soap? I am looking into this an alternative to harsher liquid shampoos.
Topic Suggestion : Preventing gray hair dis-coloration from natural products, I've earned my silver locks & would like to keep them that way but, purple shampoos don't work. I'm very tempted to use the KAPRI line- very thirsty hair- but, am leery of the yellow tinge it may leave.
I’ve checked their website a few times and they are closed to restock😔 just one of those things about smaller brands, hopefully they restock soon because this seems like a possibly great brand
Random, but product show downs would be cool. Like where you go review 2 dif types of the same product(ie 2 dif shampoos). Of course you could do it yay/nay style or identify the ideal user for each. Watching this channel has helped me understand the nuances of a product being good, but not necessarily good for me. I’ve purchased “good” products and was frustrated…after watching some of your content I’m starting to piece together why. Also, any content on products/ingredients that are ideal for locs
Hi there! I was wondering if you can help me with this issue. I saw pictures of me from years ago with nearly BSL hair and it was the best it had ever grown. However, it was also straightened with a cold wave texturing system (Wave Nouveau, Normal Strength). I've since returned to working with my natural hair, but it doesn't seem to grow nearly as well. Am I missing something? I have anywhere between 3c and 4b hair depending on the section. I'm wondering if the perm was to my hair like steroids to a bodybuilder. I've been trying to figure out the ingredients, too, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 😁
Are you allergic to okra? U may want to try okra gel it's a nice detangler or gel. It doesn't smell the greatest so if u make it some throw some essential oils in it.

I ordered the leave in and deep conditioner. Couldn't wait to try. 2 weeks later still waiting on my products. Stay away if you want faster shipping 😮
Update?
I would like more content on how to care for natural color treated fine gray hair.
Do you use the kapri gel by itself too? Or only after the leave in?

What size is the Kapri Haircare Growth Oil? Does anyone know?
