    It's fascinating, how all those barely visible changes, make a clearly visible difference.

  • @tucsondavehayes

    Doesn't make much difference to my eyes. Sometimes, I like to go to an extreme and then work my way back so that I can see the difference. My eyes aren't great so no doubt you can see clearer than I can. Very good video

    awesome, although on her profile she uses Ps and Lr -_-

    The method she used after pimple removal etc.Clone low opacity. Is not high end at all. It is equivalent to blurring the skin. I hope @james ritson can learn from this.

      Hi CloudStrife, if you are a professional beauty / fashion photographer and photo editor, we invite you to talk to us about doing a Creative Session - contact ulawson@serif.com if you want to discuss this.
      We do appreciate all feedback but at this point the criticising feels somewhat bad faith. Any further trolling comments will be removed.
      Many thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

      @@Affinitybyserif it isnt trolling if it is explaining what is wrong. James said you don’t remove comments but I guess seriff lies. I’ll send an email and if you have questions I’ll answer them. I’ve give. Several answers in the forums a while back. They weren’t ever learned from. I’ll screen shot this as well as I told James I will start doing so.

      So I’ll just do feedback on here since it is a public forum and it can be seen by the masses.

      @@Affinitybyserif new frequency separation 3 and 5 thechniques in photoshop by style my pic.
      Study this video to learn how to split fs.
      In affinity has a similar video made. I told him about this technique.
      Next- fs is not high end retouching.
      Minimum 6 frequencies to get a higher end result.
      It does not mean you are approaching the image correctly. Pixels are not treated properly and skin isn’t necessarily the texture in an image.
      Next- the latest video you put up on beauty.
      It’s simple-no color weights were balanced
      Clone stamp at low opacity is basically blurring. Not a high end technique or a good technique that should be used for such work.
      Due to this you are putting out misleading videos as they are not titled correctly or they don’t have a preface explaining that this use case is not high end. I could go on and on but it would take forever. I’m certain you have a research team that can do proper analysis of work out there. If you need more video to go study feel free to ask.

    Personally I think it was a waste of time to chose a photo with which you said there are hardly any blemishes!
    We need to see the blemishes and how you correct them naturally

    • @Affinitybyserif
      @Affinitybyserif  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, the techniques which Kayleigh uses to remove the minor blemishes are applicable universally, the idea is if you learn these ideas you can apply them to your own images.

  • @000CloudStrife
    @000CloudStrife ปีที่แล้ว

    This video was played very safe. The color grading didn’t teach anything at all. No proper theory taught and used for high end beauty. Seriff doesn’t want to get wrecked like they did with the frequency separation video again.

    • @JamesRitson
      @JamesRitson ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Wrecked? Hmm.. not sure I agree with that analysis.
      Frequency separation videos will be on the way for V2, I'm just working through a backlog of other content first. Don't worry, you will have plenty of video content to comment on in the future :)
