Very nice videos you make. Short, crisp, great content including sources, pleasant voice.
I would also be interested in videos about EPO and Aicar. I ride a bike, but do not dope, however, I find the topic highly interesting.

Thank you for that. I really appreciate it. I had already started writing something on EPO. It'll be a future vid for sure.

Very high quality video - clear and comprehensive. Better than a Trainer Road podcast that just came out that focused on one study of U23 cyclists at a training camp, and which concluded Creatine had little impact on their core metrics.

I appreciate that Jeremy. I have several drafts ready on EPO, sprint training, interpersonal variability in response to training etc but I haven't made them into videos yet because I'm not good at that. But comments like yours motivate me again so thanks for that.

didnt see any contact info for you in your profile, what is a good doping cycle for 1hr time trials? already making ~320watts completely natural and have been stuck at this level for years. stopped racing a decade ago, 33yrs old and retired so all I do is ride everyday and piss around with building bikes. want to see about injecting 50watts+ to ftp. test c + primo = var? should help lean out, increase strength without mass and increase rbc without taking epo etc?

Any thoughts on Creatine HCL and the avoidance of water retention with similar performance enhancement (although not entirely proven like monohydrate)
