didnt see any contact info for you in your profile, what is a good doping cycle for 1hr time trials? already making ~320watts completely natural and have been stuck at this level for years. stopped racing a decade ago, 33yrs old and retired so all I do is ride everyday and piss around with building bikes. want to see about injecting 50watts+ to ftp. test c + primo = var? should help lean out, increase strength without mass and increase rbc without taking epo etc?

Hi. Wondering how you’re doing today. I’m a retired nurse but in 2013 I was working full time. I’m seronegative. CT scan of chest was negative. I had several years where I did very well and was off all meds for mg. Last November I had a raging UTI and all my symptoms returned in full force. Left eye ptosis, speaking, swallowing, chewing, bilateral arms and leg weakness (L>R). This time around I’m unable to tolerate any mestonin. Not even 1/4 tablet. Last time I was tolerating mestonin tid, prednisone 50mg daily and imuran. After a while I was always feeling so sick and unwell I decided to stop all treatment. I have always been seronegative. I have a huge autoimmune history though. MG, sjogrens, lupus discoid and SLE, raynauds, anti phospholipid antibody syndrome, PBC, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and I’m sure I have missed something. I suffer from crippling fatigue, insomnia and pain, joint and muscle. Huge history of autoimmune disease in family too. Mother had UC, brother with SLE and maternal grandmother with MG must have been pretty bad for her, she had multiple mg crises, they ended up traching her and eventually decided on a thymectomy. Apparently she was doing well post op and somehow when they removed her tracheostomy , she ended up hemorrhaging to death. It was 1972 and I was 5 years old. Unfortunately No one is alive today that was there when all of this happened to her. She was only 50 yrs old at that time. It was quite devastating. I would imagine that she was antibody positive but it’s unknown to me. I’m currently only taking prednisone 10mg daily. I haven’t had any further treatment since I can’t tolerate any mestinon. I was recommended to give.IVIG a try but because I’m on Medicare, I can’t afford my copay of $2400.00/infusion. They’d like me to do 5 infusions. I’d love to try IVIG and something else but I just have the prednisone. I wish I could get into a clinical trial, especially one giving treatment to seronegative patients. I’m trying to expand my insurance coverage currently and hopefully get more treatment because honestly this way of life sucks. Sorry to be negative but it does. It just blows my mind how many ANA antibodies I have (1:>2560). And none for the only disease I have where antibodies would make the difference in treatment. Hope you’re doing well, take care

It went together easily in less than an hour. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

Measured with calipers, there is about 32mm of space in the chainstain triangle and 38mm in the fork. But I think 30mm tires would already be pushing it considering they might touch the frame due to wheel flex. 28mm's are no problem.
