Avalanche NW couloir (almost)

Recent conditions across BC and AB have been brutal. High freezing levels kept us away from the backcountry and now that things have re frozen skiing is rough. We went out anyways hoping to find good skiing up high in Rogers pass. Our optimism was rewarded and we skied most of the NW couloir on Avalanche peak but bailed 100m short of the top out due to windslab concerns. White out conditions made for a tricky descent. Will have to come back for the rest!
