Unfortunately, I',m pretty sure there'd be tonnes of copyright problems. Almost all of the main characters (scissorman, jennifer and some of the girls) have had not only their designs ripped from another horror movie creator but also their names. That's probably also the reason why there isn't an official clocktower translation, it;d get sued to hell.

Very nice work synthesizing the theme by strengthening the 'screeches' (Or what I like to call, the mixing of someone gasping/sobbing while running.) making the bass much more pronounced, and making the ambiance just as creepy, if not CREEPIER than the original theme!
+Jon Causith I always interpreted those sounds as Bobby either laughing or making some creepy hooting noise, which of course is more freaky if you imagine him chasing you while making them.
Yeah, that's one way to interpret that. I know he laughs if you fail at the panic fight against him. Me, the beats of the "hooting" sounds a bit like Jennifer breathing/sobbing, trying to keep composure. As the song says: "Don't Cry, Jennifer!"

It is a good remake, but less creepy and "stressful" than original. For a 'monster chase theme" it isn't very good, but for "boss battle" it could work amazingly
I think with the success of Terrifier 3, we'll see a rise in slasher films, and we'll eventually see ol' Bobby and Dan on the bigscreen. Those scissor deaths would be GNARLY if we got Tom Savini to do the mask and gore.
