hey have you ever been academically trained to say what you are saying (especially when you mention the medications)? Also, where are the references to the studies you're mentioning in your video?
I had the same questions and found them in the blog that's linked in the description. They're in-text links placed as relevant instead of in a list at the end.
This video was so clear and helpful! I appreciate the advice on extra supplementation where needed. Also love your style ❤ thank you for such good content
Thank you for sharing this with us. I personally don’t have adhd but my son does and I’m always looking for things I can teach him that will help him be successful in managing his adhd
This could not have come at a better time. I'm in the process of getting diagnosed and this covers so many things I'm struggling with. Absolute life saver. ❤❤❤❤❤
i'd love to see more content for other conditions.. like depression. i've been pretty great for 6yrs now, but every now & then i have a day that feels devoid of serotonin. exercise helps, vitamin D helps... anything else would be fabulous to know!
Wow couldn’t come at a perfect time. I just got diagnosed with adhd at the age of 40! I feel validated but also a sense of what if. I plan on to be medicated.❤
Mhh, I‘m very hesitant using Alpha GPC due to the increased risk of having a stroke (according to studies) - but on the other hand it helped stroke patients during recovery (other studies) 😅 any tips possibly if there is a „safe“ version of alpha GPC?
@@MagisterialVoyagerI got diagnosed at 31. I’ve always had it without knowing. Life was a struggle. After losing my wallet and passport at the airport for the millionth time I finally talked to my psychiatrist. She said you are not lazy crazy or stupid you just had adhd and process differently. It’s been a whirlwind trying to find the right medication but it has seriously changed my life. ❤❤ good luck!
@@krisjackson6567I am 40 just diagnosed I lost my credit card like 3 times this year. I have also kind of been able to manage but having 2 kids, workout full time and running a household has been too many demands! ❤
This was so helpful! The protein one will be challenging with being vegan and I also workout. But I’ve been wanting to include more protein in the morning anyhow. ❤
It's a little fast to me as well and I have adhd. If you go to settings and tap/click 0.75 as playback speed it's a little better. Slower without being ridiculous.
Hey Rachel , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?

Hi! Are the tips science-based? If yes, could you please leave the links in the description box so we can read more into it? :)
The blog post for it is linked in the description and she directly links to the studies mentioned in the post text - hope that helps :)
@@kinglm1 thanks! :)

Omg I had no idea you had ADHD! Thank you for this video. I got diagnosed at 47 (49 now).
May I ask how that has been? I want to be diagnosed too but I don’t know if I were ready. 😢

Banana/pumpkin/vanilla protein powder/cinnamon and plant milk has been such a good quick breakfast for me.
It is my dream to one day participate in your courses ❤️
Ur a genius.
@rachelaust is the video sped up at all during editing? Some parts felt abnormally fast (speech and movement).
11:40 Toast sighted 👀
No entendí una palabra pero SOS hermosa 😂❤
I worship you
I'm finding this video hard to follow. You are talking so fast. Is it you or the upload?
I agree, it feels very rushed.
You can slow down her. Also she has adhd it’s a common feature ❤ go to your settings.
I have adhd and she talks perfect haha
