And I think my d&d character, Captain Aurianna Hawk, a feared water genasi pirate captain that loves to make mischief and get what she wants all while being a sassy queen with a British accent. She came from nothing so I think she would love your character and adopt him as a part of her pirate crew, inviting him to create some destruction with her and steal shiny things. They would bond over their love of shiny things lol

We use those potion bottles, too! But to save on weight we pour some micah powder in them and swirl them around so it looks all swirly and magical, but literally light as air
This was very helpful. As a bigger older guy, I went with a thobe. Which is lightweight middle eastern robe that men wear. With some post apocalyptic (Mad Max) style larp, I feel good on aging and distressing the cloth. Your ideas on accessories were very inspirational.
as a trans masc person diving into world of cosplay clothing this video is super helpful!! ive been struggling quite a bit to find a balance between stuff that looks cool and also doesn’t give me dysphoria/make me uncomfortable. absolutely feeling inspired to go dress like a dnd character now :D

I just went to the Tuxedo NY Renaissance Fair and omg it was amazing! I had never been to one before and it won't be my last! I dressed as a bar maid and my mom as a queen lol. Your outfit is stunning though! I love all the litte bottles and nacks on your belt ❤😁

Now we're just trying to figure out what to go as. (HEY! I'm a dad, I'm officially licensed to do dad jokes, okay? BTW - the weirdest thing about doing dad jokes is you don't realize it's a dad joke until it exits your mouth and is sitting out there in the air and you're like SHT! That's a dad joke, isn't it? Damn it! They just get by you and suddenly it's instant "Well my social relevancy has just been called into question, hasn't it?) The true test of a dad joke is the degree of stink-eye I get from my daughter. Anyway... those fair(e)s are great! You know they should have ONE day at every RF where you MUST come dressed correctly. Can you imagine walking around and seeing that - nothing but people in time correct outfits?

We both (in our daily lives) partake in paganism. So we thought we should go as witches. Mind you, my girlfriend is goth so this is right up her alley. Me, I'm a cottagecore type grunge person so I'm going for a sage green witch.

Amazing garb demo, shame it was for the stl ren fest. Its an absolute shit of a fest, and you can thank the owner peterson for that. Wont spend a dime to improve his fests no matter what. This fest has great vendors trying hard to make it work, but he keeps upping price and vendor cost despite not spending a dime to make it a better fest. Do the research, go to any fest not his.
