Is there a requirement for oiling the belt? And adjustment key if belt starts to misalign?
It's a daunting process trying to find the most suitable one as there are so many on the market.

You're welcome. I oil it every 2-3 months. You can adjust the belt with the screws on the back. It's super easy.

Hey man! THANK YOU for sharing this. I'm curious how much power (watts/amps) is needed. I want to take this into an environment that doesn't necessarily have outlets, but if I could use an inverter to power this that would be great!

Do you know how to put the .mashine speed higher mine top speed is at 2.5 mph wich i dont know how to adjust it to go faster do you know why that is
Do you have a remote? That's how I adjust the speed.
For it to be used over the 2.5mph speed. The side railings must be up. Not down. If the railing is flat and down to the floor it is programmed to stay at 2.5mph for walking. Lift up and lock in place. Restart and get ready to run up to 7.5mph. hope this helps. Take care and enjoy your weekend!

Im looking for something like this to jog at a speed of 5. Every treadmill I come across is basically for walking. Can this sustain higher speeds and weighing 215
Yes, you can run on this one. And I weigh 200lbs, so I'm sure it can handle 215lbs.

Like the majority of busy husbands and dads I was looking for something that I could get my workout in with no excuses AND being able to fold it up and stuff it under the bed out of sight. The best part is that I got it for a good deal on Amazon for $299. Im amazed for the price and how durable it is.

yes they usually come with the treadmill but I bought it used on market place without them
