Earlier this morning I was lifting heavy buckets of compost in and out of the car, (two trips to the compost “dump”), and was doing some serious shoveling and digging. I bent, I reached, I twisted, I dead-lifted. Then I tuned in to the May calendar and there you were, providing just what I need to stay functionally fit. 😘 Your workouts are challenging, but then so is aging. Bring. It. Sweaty one! I liked starting at higher reps and moving into a lower number the next set, helped my mindset not to picture it as a marathon. The planks are hard with my wrists, but I'm working on it!

Love this work out! Did twice this week. It's amazing how you can reach the dumbell to your feet in a plank position. I can only reach my knees. But then Im only 5ft 2 barely lol!! Thank you gorgeous😘
I don't care what anyone says bare feet is the way to go Ever since I started on bare feet I have better grip stronger ankles and believe it or not I actually helps with making sure your knees are not gone inwards plus the fashe (think that's how you spell it 😅) in your feet is been worked for strong feet Anyway 😅 less of me banging on this workout is fab heart rate up sweat on love love LOVE Cheers legend Steph 🇮🇪
