The bmw requires a different technique and you have to be hypersensitive to what the rear is doing due to the disconnected feel. Most people ride with cookie cutter “sluggish”(lack of a better term) technique so they require the bike to due all the work for them, so most wouldn’t know how to exploit it’s true strengths with the right rider inputs.

Love from ATX❗️🤘🏿
Yamaha Gang Gang❗️🤘🏿 YZF❗️
I sincerely appreciate and admire your dedication hard work to make these videos❗️
idk how u can watch the squid sht.
Not one apex was harmed in the making of this video 😂
No apexes were harmed in the making of this video.
No brakes were harmed either…
Track day isnt about being fast, it how much fun you can have in a safe environment. I got an old 06 R6, but shes very fast and fun. Track junkie forever!
When people try and give me grief over chicken strips it annoys me. It’s a toxic trait.
That's why when you go for a ride with them and keep up, you can ask them what's wrong as they are using their tyre to the edge.
Or maybe you just get good?
@@thenovalabs and that’s how I know I’m better than you.
@@RadDadisRad But you said you've got chicken strips..... if you have chicken strips you're a low level rider... straight line squiding does not take skill..
@@SenateKT-uc2id I never said I had chicken strips… 😂😂😂 you 🏳️🌈
Great to see you again (We met @ COTA . A group of us). I’m a Kawasaki guy. I’m sure you enjoyed COTA! Great video! Much love and respect to you! 👊🏾
Crazy how he was saying the bmw didn’t feel as good as the duck. But on my screen it looked like he went significantly faster on the bmw than he did the duk as far as lap times. I personally prefer the contenting style of i4 over v4 but what do I know.
There’s a saying that “straight are for fast bikes, Corners are for fast rider” 😅
Congrats on da proper break-in of thoz tires & the nice tripldigitz! Plz remember Kudus is oldr w 1 bike only.😬😵💫😅
You can display the track and gps speed in the Quik suite so that you can monitor your speeds on each section of the track
I had the same experience with Collin Edwards at Daytona. Humbling, to say the least.
Came through like a ufo 😮😂 awesome video!!! Let’s go bayyyyybeeeeee
Kudas has that old man wisdom "if i fall, i could get hurt and i don't heal like i used to and i need to go to work monday" 🏥 thank you for the video. Peace✌️
I'm pretty sure that's a Honda RC30 at 6:46. Pretty badass and super rare bike. I think only a few hundred were imported to the US, and new in 1990 they were about $17K which would be about $40K today.
I was pitted next to your space - its raw as shit you took it the track - Miguel Olivera made a fool of me as well in the B group. MotoGP riders are next level, god level talent. If you ever ride in austin again, hit me up I'll show you the twisties.
miguel out there cooking the whole fleet!! soo awesome!! i was there the weekend og GP aswel what an amazing time!! seeing maverick win was awesome!
The bmw is as close to a pure track bike you can get, saying it’s not as good as the duc is probably down to your confidence and skill on track and not down to the capability of the bike.Your not riding it like a track bike…hanging on to gears in - grab the fucker by its clip ons and give the dam thing some grief…hustle it bro 😎
this is wrong, bmw are the best STREET BIKES, DUCATI is way better for the track and racing in general
@@shaukatshah2447 This is just false. Ducati and BMW are #1 and #2 on the World Superbike rankings. D is more comfortable with the Ducati but you can clearly see he doesn't have the same confidence going into the corners when riding the BMW. They are both absolute weapons
Feel like you were way more tentative on the s1k body position wise, but just judging from the camera it looked like you were holding back on both. Not fully committing to the lean, which actually makes the bike feel more unstable than it is. Other than that cool footage! Maybe get a cheaper bike you don’t mind dropping and practice in some parking lots.
💯
Bro I've watched your early track videos and comparing to that you've improved very much. Love the track vids keep em coming❤🎉
Massive Respect to you. You are fast, safe, respectful of the other riders. You should teach others to ride! Your whole crew is great. Hope your one friend is ok and bike is fixable. You are a smooth rider!
He’s all good! Bike was fixed in a week 😂 thanks for the kind words and for watching 🤘🏾 #FastLaneGang 🏁
I used to live in Doha, me and other expats would ride at Losail. I thought some of the guys were good until I went to the MotoGP and realized that they took one less corner than us, they basically take turns 4 & 5 as one sweep…crazy! They are so far ahead it’s untrue, then the bike adds a little bit more but it’s 99% the rider. Great for you to be on track with those guys.
Ducati or BMW on the track¿¿...I think it's a personal preference🏁 🏍🏍💨...both are amazing machines...to each it's own. #fastlaneD ‼️
You know I love my M1K to death but there’s a reason why Ducati is doing so good in MotoGP. Thanks for watching Mike! 🤘🏾 #FastLaneGang 🏁
This is the most I’ve watched of a bike track day but it’s wild how serious these bikes are with tire warmers etc. My dad and I saw the MotoGP race there at COTA and it was amazing
Another R1M , neglected video 😢
Fo real
I wonder how the r1m would do
Hopefully, he does a giveaway for that bike.
I think the bike is getting wrapped rn
Isn’t the R1M the best hp/lbs ratio of any street bike?
I normally dont watch track videos but your ones are always really enjoyable! :D
Thank you brotha! 🤘🏾 #FastLaneGang 🏁
I’m sorry but.. I expected the big dude with the expensive bikes might have been able to ride them without being embarrassing.
fast lane d waddles his bikes around tracks because he cant ride for shit
22:24 Crazzy different where Miguel lift the throttle and his braking point is shorter.
Everyone is fast on the straight 😂
bro got great energy, 5 minutes in and im subbed hahaaa lets gooo!!!
nah my boy fastlane really be hawking down the ppl in these groups 😭😭
22:22 You can see Miguel already at the back and he's using the racing line too
Top🔥 Miguel Oliveira é máquina 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The way Miquel sliced through the traffic jus had me like damn dude really does this shi😮
Finally 🔥
You guys are flat crazy. I love it. Thanks for letting me ride along.
the fastest Man of Portugal
I think track days are for learning how to get the most out of your bike and your experience gains. All your doing us going out in a slow group, riding slow and pining it on the straights over taking everyone thinking your doing well and getting false confidence. Fun video though man 🤙
Let Go! Oh yeah tell your boy Kudas he out here looking like Abbott Elementary janitor!
You were so much better on the BMW. On the Ducati I was thinking you didn't know how to ride at all, but I stand corrected after seeing you on the BMW.
Miguel is such a beast! Great video bro. My friends and I go camp trackside every year. Hope I can catch ya next year!
Nice! Was that you honking your horn? Did you want him to slow down? 🤣🤣
I think you're riding faster on the Beamer. You're keeping your rpms up! love it!
this is so cool !! Miguel overtakes at 22:41
Sir, Great video. brought back some terrific memories of decades gone by. Today's technology, geometry, suspension and powertrains are incredible. I wish you gave a little more love to a bike in the garage, Honda RC30, that is very special and rare. I was the proud owner of serial #97, bought in the summer of '89.
23:13 when you're so flabbergasted, you laugh involuntarily, you know you have seen some crazy shit!! 😀😀
The definition of ‘all the gear and no idea’
The baby blue is 🤙🏽. I personally think one solid color is the only way to go (except wheels). Anything black you can’t go wrong.
Having fun is what it’s all about! If people don’t buy big bikes they won’t make them as we are now seeing! So keep having fun buy big bikes keep the sport relevant! Anyone dishing someone is them trying to prove there a better rider w/o being there. Kudos thanks for video! Have fun!
