Yep. This is one of my mansion’s God I’ve been telling you about 😀. I drove over to get a look. I could see the front a little bit and I only see a little of the edge of the pool. Lots of landscaping and trees blocks the view. Driving by there after seeing the video made it more sweeter. Don’t give up Busisiwe M. all things are possible with God.

My home has a 12 car garage. I will also let mine go for under $50M, in fact, 1 Million will do it.
Car collectors that can afford a $48 million dollar home usually have more than 12 top tier cars and often 6 to 15 basic use vehicles. It is a fantastic house and a 12 car garage is a good start but car collectors with such wealth need more space.

You may also want a Private Security guy to be there at all times too. So figure on the high end of the 20 -30K per month. The home won't need too much heating or cooling being in California, especially if you have the windows open often.

I know this home right away don’t even need to I see anything other than the front entryway to know this mega mansion as well as who built it. NYC & LA based Developer which he purchased the home for its jet line view or location literally for its dirt/soil it rested on 280 degrees of nothing other than ocean view to DTLA and then some. To completely demo the entire home all the way down to the ground, just to creating this lavishing LA based pad that was built as his personal home for the family. Once the home was completed dumped it, and Doubled- up and moved onto the next one. Your a monster Zack! And not talking about cookies here…

They don't. I've been in some incredible homes, lots of unused rooms. Some rooms that are out of the way or in a basement corner are junk rooms or professionally decorated rooms no one ever goes in.
It's pretty common for these kinds of houses to be bought by a Saudi prince and to be left empty for eleven months of the year as he jetsets to his various properties around the globe.
