This video is short and sweet! Its a luxurious home but not too large! more in keeping with a normal family home. its too bad thry didnt have a seperate entrance to the basement as you could rent that out if you wanted! i like the location of this home! great tour guys keep it up!
The key about small luxury houses is how they can embody two concepts at the same time: partying and relaxing. This house is just waiting for a bachelor to have a ruckus or for a family to come for a vacation. The fact that the house has some green spaces for a dog, makes it mean, lean, and sexy. Geniale Architektur - mehr hätte man aus diesem Grundstück nicht machen können. Alle Räume haben eine komfortable Größe und sind harmonisch angeordnet. Es gibt auch keine engen Gänge, die man leider heute in fast jeder Megavilla findet. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen. Aber das kann man ja einfach "nachrüsten". Der Preis für das Haus ist völlig gerechtfertigt. Ein super Objekt, dass sicher nicht lange auf dem Markt sein wird.

@@TheMarobrothers offcourse its possible, but it will be massive work : you need permanent, Roof structure, add elevator or internal/ external step's. Offcourse your the expert and you know all of that.
