What is that loop sticking out near the key😂
It's a bag loop 🤓 it's very useful actually since the floorboards are flat so you can keep a bag between your feet pretty securely

Where is that hidden storago? Most bikes got 1 under the seat and 1 at the front😒
It's more of a secret switch in case your battery is dead and u need to access the under seat or front storage 🤙
This is explained in the manual. Not a secret!
I bought mine 2nd hand so I never got the manual. Good to know though 👍👍

My seat is not locking. Please do you know how to fix the lock?
Sometimes u really have to slam it so the hatch locks
Also if your battery is dead or close to dead, it may not lock
