Made this three times already. Really delicious cheesecake. If you're using regular peaches out of season, I would say boiling them for longer than 5 minutes is a necessity - I boiled mine for like 30 minutes until they were soft enough lol. Also, make sure your cream cheese isn't cold when you're mixing the gelatine in or else it'll set weird.

PerfectlyAyOk you could probably make this with a normal base, like graham crackers, but I feel for this type of cake, a sponge cake base would actually compliment it nicely. But I’m sure a normal base would work too, making it non-bake.
I made this as a dessert for a small dinner party. It took a lot of time and it was daunting, but I got it done. It wasn't as perfect as the one in the video, but I was very proud with the results and it got rave reviews and I would make it again. It was show stopper.
This was a random recommendation but watch it. Anyhow, was looking for a comment about the kitchen, kitchen utensils and appliances, it looks so nice, so clean, so fresh, just beautiful. I'm in love with this kitchen.

PerfectlyAyOk you could probably make this with a normal base, like graham crackers, but I feel for this type of cake, a sponge cake base would actually compliment it nicely. But I’m sure a normal base would work too, making it non-bake.

I made this as a dessert for a small dinner party. It took a lot of time and it was daunting, but I got it done. It wasn't as perfect as the one in the video, but I was very proud with the results and it got rave reviews and I would make it again. It was show stopper.
