Also they don't call it the Wolverine IIC because well before the clan invasion one of the clans, Wolverine, rebelled and were driven from the clan homeworlds. From then on the word Wolverine was taboo in clanner society.
The only reason the Conjurer isn't called the Wolverine IIC is because the Clans have a bit of a bug up their oh-so-honourable asses about things named Wolverine. As is with everything to do with the Clans, blame Nicolas Kerensky.
