Dude that is what’s up!!!! A grom with some torque.

I think about 40-45 ft lbs would be ideal. 66 on the grom is a bit looney, but I would throw a leg over it just to try it out if I could!

Just got an electric Grom clone and love it. The Sur Ron (or the cake) is the ultimate machine

I think it’s a good idea for little bikes.

I love this idea for the Grom. I don't like electric motorcycles, but for the little Grom that you don't really take on the freeway I really like the idea.

Totally agree. I don't want an electric bike, but a Grom??? I think it would just make it better and more lively.

Hey TBRD, sorry for late watch brother, life been getting in the way. Class video as always mate. Wanna do a dual review type video? drop me an email, got some ideas. Peace

Hey bud. No worries. I have been so slammed with work and stuff I have barely had the time to get a video together each week let alone keep up on content. I am playing catch up this afternoon. Love the thought of a collaborative review. I will shoot you an email later after I catch up on your videos! Take it easy.

I am definitely through with any electric vehicle.
Before my BMW S1000XR, I rode an electric scooter from NIU.
    What a nerve wrecking experience.
My mind was constantly on the remaining capacity of the batteries. When their capacity reaches 14%, the scooter’s speed is automatically throttled to 20 km/h, and now even bicycle riders were overtaking me.
Fuel is readily available everywhere in a jiffy, whereas recharging my scooter’s batteries takes 6 to 7 hours.
Electric vehicles still have a long way to go to become acceptable.
What they need are powerful batteries that are swappable in 2 to 5 minutes.
In Taiwan they have such a procedure for electric scooters. Simply ride to a charging station, pop in your discharged battery, remove a full one and pop it into your scooter and continue riding.
Can’t see this happening for a Tesla or a Volkswagen at the moment.
BTW, Marc Marquez disappointed in Portugal, but I believe that his right arm is not yet fully recovered from his accident in 2020.

Definitely agree about MM. That arms is not all the way healed but considering how much it is impacting him 7th was pretty impressive. Listening to him describe what he can't do yet is interesting and I am hoping he makes a full recovery soon. The old range anxiety of electric bikes/vehicles is real and ruins the fun for sure. I love the idea of interchangeable power units.

@@ThrottleBackRubberDown To ride competitively in a MotoGP race, the biker must be 100% fit, even Rossi can’t keep up anymore.
Did you know that the accelerations of a MotoGP bike and a Formula 1 car are the same?
But in the end the Formula 1 car is faster.
Driving an EV is not fun, because every trip must be carefully planned.
Look at Formula E, they swap batteries by swapping ... the whole car!

Quick question boss. How do you actuate the subtitles?? Do you type everything you're said afterwords before uploading or??? Great info brother

    • @ThrottleBackRubberDown
      @ThrottleBackRubberDown  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Yeah...I find that if I botch something...which happens quite a bit because my attention is on the riding more than the speaking, that I will go back and put in some text to clarify anything that I feel is glaring. I just do it as a title in Filmora before I export.

@@MRGS48 Yeah...super easy. I just use a basic title and then change the color and size to fit. You can just drag the width of the title insert to adjust how long it appears.
