Usually I wait to post entire performances while a band is on tour. In this case the show has so much more energy than what could be documented with video. This video only shows a small portion of what these bands bring to the stage. At this point I have documented seeing 1240 touring bands and this was by far top 10 material. They were so great to the crowd and I am hopeful they will find Dallas in their travels again. The best idea they conveyed to us is to take care of each other.
During the show he speaks about playing at their last sold out show in Dallas at Curtain Club. I didn't have the heart to let him know that it has been torn down and replaced.
Right before the last song my camera died, but before that happened I started up my other camera and finished out the show.

I was there! This was my first IDLES show and greatest show I've ever been to!
I was right in front of the sound set-up and when we started to mosh I slipped on some spilled drink - everyone stopped moshing and rushed to help me up, make sure I was okay, and get me back into the action.
Every interaction I had that night was full of positivity, love, and compassion. Cannot wait to see them again on the '22 US tour!

A very different audience from Detroit. Everyone seems fairly calm. From the first notes of the show I saw the floor was an entire mosh pit for 90 minutes straight. At 53 I was glad I play hockey! But the energy was tremendously contagious and explosive and with no nazi’s!. ✌️🤘

@@whitesonar yeah, there are sadly a lot of neo-nazis in the U.S. today, and abroad. I live in Georgia and attended shaky knees, saw idles there, and there were some really sketchy characters there in old-school looking punk leather jackets, but not the type you'd want to be around

I so miss shows without barricades. You don't know how lucky you are in Dallas to have a venue have a show like this where the crowd is right up against the stage, living and breathing with band without needing a wall between the two. I wouldn't want to see IDLES any other way..
The Granada is actually literally a series of barricades going all the way back
