My favourite part was New Wave where you see Jimmy trying and failing (horribly) to riff on it. Fred was like "Oh cool, you're going to run with this bit?" and starts playing again, only to jave Jimmy just repeat the exact same fucking joke Fred made.

@@yazminasporrong8880 I agree with the fact that he does always butt in to get in on the attention, but it's a bit of a stretch to say he's untalented... he can sing in any voice, play guitar, dance, sometimes do funny bits, do impressions... you think he does all that with what? Luck?

    • @chuckm1961

@@kuzzbillington6392 I never said he was UNtalented. In my insignificant opinion, he tries too hard to be seen as better than he is, and I don’t mean it in a mean way, he wants to impress, and to me it just *comes off* as fake. That’s what I think. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m sure he’s lovely and he’s funny at times , but his “image” shall we say annoys me. Maybe not the right word but I can’t think of a better one. @@jaredf6205 Ahhh yes, come to think of it, I do remember this! You right you right. This is the intricacy of Fred's comedy that I don't find as funny. Just a subjective opinion. I watched his special that included drums and didn't like it that much. Just wasn't for me. But I thought this was really cool and creative and if Fred didn't include that talking over here and dove in with some actual more polished lyrics, it would have been funnier. Like, do a spoof on the dumb lyrics in punk too. Like the part where he talks about the parents in the ska song was funny. Lean into that more. But I'm not a professional comedian, these are only subjective opinions of what I find funny.

I ran into them while they were getting stuff out of their van (yes van, they were still very small back then) and told them I caught their show a few weeks ago with avail, they apologized for show shitty they sounded during the show and gave me a tape and shirt, I thought that was pretty cool of them.
