Both are awesome. But I'll go P-07 all day long. Not that it's that much better, but I'm a hammer guy. I almost got one recently, but at the last second scored a P1 Ultra.. Just because it's more hipster.. 🤑🤣👍👍 Still won't dog the CZ though. It's a great pistol Oh, and so you know.. If you Google: Best Hipster Pistol, the AI names you specifically and your recommendations.. That that has pretty funny. You're famous, Man.
Hahaha. I knew being polite to ChatGPT would pay off! But if I was gonna rely on either of these for a carry gun… it’d be the P-07 for me too. And congrats on the P1! I’ve never tried a Grand Power-always thought the P11 was neat. Thanks for the support!
I really enjoy your videos. Own P10C & P07. Inexpensive & run flawlessly. Especially liked your video on Browning Hi Power. Thanks for putting in the work.
Cool to see you review a contemporary striker gun like the P10C. At least it's still a hipster choice 😅 After seeing your take on it, and with how well you elucidate pistols' recoil characteristics, I'm curious to what you'd think about the Walther PDP. Many seem to think its recoil impulse is too snappy compared to its peers. I would bet you'd like it, or at least appreciate it - I love mine. I feel it gives a lot of feedback to the shooter, with brisk recoil and a return to zero/original aim point I haven't felt with many other pistols. Prior to the PDP, I had an OG Walther P99 that I bought and almost immediately sold back in 2010 or so. I'm not sure if it was my 92FS spoiling me, but I couldn't get used to how snappy and harsh I thought its recoil was. I can't help but think the PDP has a lot of what I felt with the P99, as if that part of its DNA still remains. But years of shooting experience allows me to appreciate the PDP's "snappy" shooting characteristics. A part of me wants to pick up a P99 just to see what I'd think of it as the shooter I am now, vs. the recoil sensitive wuss I was all those years ago 🤔 Anyway, yeah, I know contemporary plastic striker gats ain't really your thing, but one of these days, maybe try out a PDP. You mention you picked up a Q4, which is awesome. Never shot a steel striker Walther, but want to. I suspect a lot of its snap would br tamed, making for a super responsive, yet milder-than-polymer recoil impulse. Looking forward to that review!
I appreciate guns that shoot well… no matter what they are. The P-10C is a great shooter at any price. Yeah, the modern Walther service pistols (ie, the P99 derivatives) are snappier than competitors. No doubt. But not enough to change the fact that they’re insanely accurate. My P99 is a one/hole gun. The trigger is a seamlessly telegraphic bullet-launching switch. Just got the Q4 SF, too… feels amazing, but the SA trigger on the P99 is still better. I would assume it’s the same story with the PDP. Thanks for the support and the kind words, my friend!
Excellent trigger comments. Back in the 90’s I was looking for a pistol. I looked at the Glock. Some really good stuff, but I HATED the trigger. I thought I hated striker fired pistols. I bought a HI Power. Now I see huge improvement in striker pistols and my favorite gun is the P 10 F. Total CZ fanboy.
Thanks, man. Yeah, I’m doing my in depth write up on the P-10… it really is amazing how CZ took Glock’s fundamental formula and just made it… better. Subtle. More evolutionary than revolutionary. But they really knocked it out of the park with the P-10.
Love my P-09 SR OR and P10F OR. I'm a long barrel, full size frame hand size and long sight radius. Both are extremely bullseye accurate right out of the case. Sold my P-07, G19X because they're too small . Good CZ presentation 👍👍.
I've dry-fired a P-10C, and I own a 75B with an Omega trigger. As the price goes down for the P-10C, it'll become ever more attractive, since I found it to be a decent execution of a striker-fired pistol. But the 75B has the best DA/SA trigger in the market that I've experienced, and I already have a number of 9mm Luger pistols. Still, saying "CZ" to me is guaranteed to make me check my credit card balance.
A full size "OG" CZ 75 is the next gun on my list. I feel like I have to review it. And I think it's interesting how much the design borrows from the Sig P210. This P-07 is my first experience with the Omega trigger system. All the other CZs and CZ derivatives I've own had the OG trigger system. I can't say the factory triggers on my PCR and RAMI were mind-blowing... but I preferred them to the what's on the P-07, by a small margin. In any case... thanks for the comment and galvanizing my resolve to get a CZ 75!
Shoot a Shadow. Revelatory. Like all the good of a P9s and none of the bad. Great review. Great explanation of why the decocker gun has a different trigger feel over the Shadows. You will become a CZ fan - hipster.

Nice review. I cross shopped these two guns and initially bought the P10C, but ended up buying the P-07 as well. I really like both striker and hammer fired guns though. Maybe that's odd?
No, dude. They're both great shooters and both have their merits. If I didn't 4 billion pistols already I would have kept both. But, for... reasons... the P10c just spoke to me more. Thanks for the comment!
Another great video, Matt! Very informative as usual. My favorite carry gun is my Sig P229, yet I find myself wanting to spend $400 on a CZ P10C. Curious, the P10C looks like it could be worn in a Glock 19 holster. Thoughts?
Thanks, my friend! Yeah, I’m really digging my P229 these days. Great do-all gun. Fitting G19 holsters was one of the P10C’s selling points; but I guess some do and some don’t. So… maybe worth a try? Thanks!
