I’m having this pain since 2009 had loads of medicine and at the end I stopped taking medicine after 2014 , I moved back to physical activities such as long walks and later on playing cricket volleyball and badminton. My condition now is if I set on a chair for a long time I feel severe pain while playing I’m feeling quite better . Feeling burning sensation in both knees and kinda weakness too. I denied going for surgery for so long. After watching so many videos of your tonight. I’ve the courage and confidence to go for surgery now. Actually exited to go for. Thanks Dr . I am suffing from back pain my report is below here. Doctor recommend me for the surgery. I want to surgery but i want to join army. After surgery i can join army.
PRESSION : . Degenerative changes of lumbar spine . Central and left paracentral disc protrusion at L4 - L5 level with mild spinal canal narrowing , severe left lateral recess narrowing with compression of left L5 traversing nerve root and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at this level .

Sir, I am from Bangalore from recent couple of days am searching about this back pain surgeries. I saw your many successful videos in your channel. My mom has undergone with back pain surgery in a month back & she 47old and it seems it was open surgery. Since my mother is suffering from back pain couple years. Now my mother is recovering slowly thanks to the doctor who has done this surgery and also thankful to god. i request you to see the before surgeries MRI and after surgery X-ray to get better recovery and to take precautionary measures. Hope you will respond me positively and help me to get the more confidence. Awaiting for your response.

Dr.as i used to watch your videos often,as i have back pain since last 10 to 15 years, whenever my back catching pain i even couldn't stand straight then I used to go hospital the Dr.may give injection and 9ne physiotherapy after one week i will be alright this was my routine once in a year atleast,finally 2019 8 got the same pain and I could recover it,then Dr suggest me mri and it shown that there is small bulge 0n my hip l4 l5 SI,but he again advised for physiotherapy for ten days not sugested for surgery, but still i have the pain not recovered fully,my question is what I need to do now as i consult many doctors they all suggested me physiotherapy only not for surgery and my pain is not cured fully and my back is sometimes very painful and some times i feel swelling on my buttoks but still the doc says it's nothing...plz suggest me what I has to do now?
