I'm learning social service work in school and you give the same vibe as all of my teachers. I love it and want to thank you for this amazing channel, learning these things from a legitimate and science based source makes a world's difference in comparison to learning from people and their opinions / what worked for them. THANK YOU!

Withdraw is brutal. The stress from withdrawal is probably the body’s way to handle trauma to shock or charge a neurological plasticity in the brain and heart.
Basket weaving or random tasks become a means to an end. The answer is in the darkness where it’s ugly and scary. The flame of transmutation and transcendence. A shell the cocoon, and rebirth.
Where are the people in high places in all this? Watching men slip through the cracks of poor men’s rule and old men’s morals. Superstitious cope outs with no give and take.
I am thankful for your channel and this video.😀
Very interesting! I can relate to a lot of things you have presented in this video. Thank you for sharing. I look forward to seeing your videos on the many influences on the body and the mind. ❤️

Can you speak about the emotion of hopelessness and how to deal with it if one doesn't have any family or social support ?

Prayer and reaching out in small ways to others. A smile encouraging words lend a hand.

      Walk with Jesus!
People who attend church are healthier mentally than people who do not attend services at Christian churches. Studies have proven that. But the only way to live right in my opinion is to daily walk with Jesus Christ. He created man to have relationship with.

Have you tried volunteering at a food pantry or where they feed the homeless? Helping others less fortunate than myself pulled me out of a dark place. Also, going on long walks helped too.

    "Negative consequences
    is a problem,*
    So.. if negative consequences
    cause you to move forward,
    then negative consequences
    may have been a
    good problem ?
