It’s “but I missed then” because this song is about his previous toxic relationships and how he’s finally in a good one but at the same time it’s so unlike his old ones
This song hurts me in so many levels. This is my favorite Eden song but I cant listen to it because it makes me so sad. The way you put feelings into words and your voice just puts those words back into feeling idk how to explain it.
This song means so much to me. My parents divorced and since then I listen to this song a lot. The lyrics are so realistic with my situation that it feels like someone understands me. Thank you Eden. A Belgium fan

I remember going to bed ready for a chem test, then waking up and seing he dropped his album, I then hopped straight into the shower and threw it on, and to this day this is my favorite album of all time, finding Eden in 8th grade and now being a sophomore in college felt like a gust of wind. But counseling because I've been in and out of counseling (currently in) because of previous depression, anxiety, and personality disorder traits (none of which I have anymore. No more depression, anxiety, or personality disorder traits). I have been through suicide attempts as well. After taking my first psych class I decided I wanted to help others who are going through what I did. Its such a lonely feeling and I want to be able to help others who feel like i felt :)
