We have an Epson L1800 and we also use the same ink setup as you. Our problem is that in the areas of strong colors such as deep red or black, it creates us as a pool of white ink in the center and the intensity of the white decreases until it fades (like a gradient) at the edge of those strong tones. . L1800 works by gravity, it do not have any pump that push the inks. Raise the ink tank from the surface 3 or 4 inches and also remove the rubber plugs from the tank when printing so you get a better airflow.

One other question from me is how do you easily move a nested image to another page without deleting and reimporting the image?

I tried printing a design on a pink shirt but my black did not print. Do you know how to make it print? The design I uploaded had black for examples the eyes but it did not print anything and left it blank, so the color of the shirt shows here.
hello, i use dtf prints for football shirts,logo,nameset etc but the colours are like transparent.i mean is there any settings that i can make white ink more thick that it will prevent colour view of shirt under print when applied on shirt?
Under the color easy color adjustments, I have no "ok" button to click once I change my settings. Please help. I even purchased the full version of the software and it still does not show an "ok" or "cancel" button
Is there a list of the ICC profiles and how they print? I cannot get an under base to print no matter how much underbase I boost. I have set it to 400% coverage and I don’t get anything. I can print white, just not an under base. Please help!!
I can't print white over dark colors, for example if i print a logo with blue, beige, pink and Brown color the white goes over blue, beige and pink but not over brown.
Is possible that you have the settings lower for white under any dark color or black color. Verify your property, you will see it where you put the % for white ink, there is two % that you can adjust.
Go to Devices -> Print modes. Choose the print mode you want to copy and on the same windows copy the print more. Just name it for sample 270x1440 Just White that you know is going to print only white. Then double click the one you created and in Layer Profile un-check all the colors and just leave the white. Click Save. This should now be able to select in the drop-down as a print mode and if you import a design no matter has color will be shown as white. Hope this helps, I will try to do a video later.

Hi! im new to DTF. i have converted my epson 8550 to a DTF and have been using the digital factory trail and i am having issues with my printer not printing all the image and smearing onto the film. HELP PLEASE! *note* i can print on normal paper and it prints the whole image and only smears a little.
Need to have an exit tray so the film come out straight. On the sensor put masking tape, is the part is close to the wheel that grab the paper, maybe the printer is not detecting the film correctly.
@@KingdomDTF I also am very new to DTF. I watched a video where a girl bought wood from dollar tree and made a tray for hers. I used a piece of cardboard yesterday on my first print to keep it flat but got some lines and it printed the white all across the paper to the end of the design, it feels like vinyl on the shirt,

So what exactly is ICC. So if I want my colors to pop and show like my design have lots of white. Is that under photo and adjust the color.

If they already nest see if there something to un-nest. To be honest I only nest and print.

Yes. Each one have parameters set to the margins and paper size so you can print correctly.

This was happening to me on a heather grey shirt.
Using black DTF powder was the solution.
@@razormix thanks for the answer but black didnt help me neither, ay be there can also be a quality level on powders too? Mine was not a good one?
@@Elturko13 It made a big difference in my testing. My white level was also set to %100.
I use DTF Station ink, powder and film.

Change your pc resolution, that mean that is using a low resolution. Once change you will see it.
how do i fix my red color?? It is printing orange not red. also the magenta is printing violet
Probably a wrong configuration on software or you need an icc profile to correct the colors.

Do nozzle check and see if printhead is ok, if is clog it will not print.
How do I fix banding or print lines on my images? Can you turn up the colors so the color inks come out thicker?
Clean you printhead and make sure you have good nozzle check.

Check that you did not change any settings. Also, do nozzle check to make sure you have all colors and line good.

You need to have an icc profile for the inks film and printer you are using. That will give you close color match.
Hi what is better quality print cadlink or acrorip?
Both are good rip software but totally different. Acro is more simple and Cadlink have so much options.
We use Cadlink.

How do I add more white
By adjusting the white under base. If 50% is not good for you you can try 80 or 100%
