Hello, I have a SRS light on the dash, I can’t remove it. Any idea what could work? Also an other problem I can’t open my roof it keeps telling me that I have to close the boot lid it’s closed. Keep up the good work, love the video’s gr Mark

As for you SRS, they can be tricky as it's a safety part, try looking at the plugs under the seat for the air bags, they can work loose

This unit doesn't fix srs light you need to either spend lots of time or lots of money or both with this problem like the man says SRS is a safety system and most likely if it's not a loose wire under the seat and the bye pass box available doesn't work it will be expensive & modifications can invalidate your insurance
The best advice would be
If you don't know what you are doing and you think you can do it on the cheap leave it alone and get it fixed from a professional it will be costly and depending on if it's a intermittent problem may cause the light to come on again
This is a very common problem with Mercedes .

@@rfraser6097 actually the unit will clear the SRS light but only if you fix the hardware fault, usually down to a connection on one of the airbag plugs I have found

This is the first time I have seen this Amazon link. Please tell me why in the Netherlands your Amazon link wont send to Netherlands, Also I sent both Launch scanners back, because to me they are clones, And I have now ordered a Icarsoft Cr pro plus from a store near me, which has a real person to talk too As you showed on your Icarsoft the old and new software versions, on the Launch it goes through the updat motions but the software version number does not change, to me that is a sign it is fake

The last ( first ) time I attached this unit to my S Class's OBD I couldn't get it off . Now I am afraid to try it again . Any tips on getting it off if it gets stuck ?

Was it the rectangular OBD plug or were you using the older 38 round pin? Either way get a little bit of silicon lubricants spray it's very good for plastics that are a bit tight
