I’d also like to point out these: -There are 2 hidden menus, one that you activate in key position 1, then go to the “Trip menu” press and hold “Ok” and “Take call” buttons (first you gotta press Ok and like 2 seconds later press the take call one, there you can access some vehicle info (software version, dyno mode in which you can turn off every assistance, and maintenance mode that mechanics use once maintenance has been done) and also on the radio you can go to Engineer mode, which tbh I haven’t found good use but you do it holding a combination of buttons for about 15 seconds, the combination is End Call + # + 1 -If your car is equipped with headlight washers you can activate them having the lights turned on (either automatically or manually) and the way you do it is by pressing 5 times the button at the end of the windshield wiper controls and they should work -If your car is equipped with Intelligent Lightning System you can set Automatic High Beams, which only activates at 120km/h or around 70mph and what it does is it makes your high beams turn off when the car senses another’s vehicles lights, either front or rear lights and when it’s again dark it will automatically turn them on back again
Nice quick video, btw Hold function is only for facelift W204s Just to add up to the last section of the vid I got 2 avantgardes (pre and facelift) and they both come with full size spare wheels (with the same design, pattern, etc as the rest)
If you go into the lighting section and you have adaptive lighting you can switch the headlights to left for UK driving or right for continental driving 😊
I literally just found out about my spare wheel a week ago, just snooping around and cleaning the trunk. I have a CLS 63 AMG and have the same black amg spare wheel/tire.
I have a 2012 C350 coupe and my window trim (drivers side above rear window) just pulled loose. You have any tips on how to reattach it? I tried super glue........nope! LOLOLOLOLOLOL Car is in MINT condition. I've already had it for 8 years as I purchased it from CarMax in 2016 in impeccable condition (someone REALLY took care of it) with just $18K miles on it and it currently had $56K. Black with red interior. LOVE IT!
@@NathanMannin Sorry, not you but MB gives one a facility whilst driving to watch DVD, surely this is not safe. I use The clips in the glove box for the tyre pressure gauge.
What a rubbish german car.Timing chain and tensioners issues, water pump,sensors,injectors...The whole engine is crap. .Yes,i do own one.Never german car again!
Honesty is such a nice interior for it being an older C class. Great tips lad!
@@marcoperez4555 Thank you! : )
Never knew how to deactivate the cruise control. I always pressed the brake. Thanks for that tip. 👍🏼
@@erictirado9190 I was the same, I used to use the brake all the time 😆 Thank you for watching!
Cool I knew 70% of these but learned a few more. Also all cars have the gas arrow it’s now a Mercedes thing.

Great tips man. Mine is a 2012 W204 saloon and an Australian spec model so I'll see how many of them apply. Cheers.
@@chrispy104k It’s great to hear from a viewer all the way over in Australia! Thank you for watching 😁

Good video man! The bonnet one is brilliant, my w202 does the same! Also the w176 A class I used to have shares a lot of these tricks 👍
Thank you so much! It’s great to hear some of these features have been in older generations of cars and have been passed over to newer models : )
No AMG doughnut spare wheel in my C350 (2012), just a plain steel one.
@@GaryThomson-q6o thanks for letting us know!
Hi Nathan Iv subscribed and like your videos your a natural 👍
Thank you so much Neil, that means a lot!
The only thing I haven't found in 6 years is the Holders in the glove compartment. It's just not visible unless you almost stick your head inside 😂
Not everything applies to the saloon. Good tips.
Which ones just out of interest?
The annoying seat belt strangler option was swiftly disabled by me
@@sokodaman I like that feature strangely enough!
My w204 comes with a regular spare tire 😢 but mine has amg seats since it’s a 2015 coupe
Are the seats identical to my ones? : )

obviously only the amg has the amg spare wheel
With the amount of AMG Line cars which are littered with AMG badges, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had an AMG spare wheel too.
