This is my informational but if your spouse is still out of the country how can you prove all this stuff how can you provide all of this stuff if your spouse is still out of the country. I applied for the i-29 k1 Visa

Current processing time for your category is 18 - 23.5 months so you will have to wait a little longer. I have recently learned Feb 2017 filers are receiving NOA2. 🤞
Hi Gianpaulo i have filled the i 130 in march 2017 got the recipt notice but still wait...And uscis processing data are November they keep changing date from November to back to September or october 2016 plz tell me why they are going in back dates instead of go forward I am from Pakistan it's being 19 months and still didn't get any response from USCIS plz tell how much more time??
@@aasmahisham182 hopefully you'll get in 1 or 2 months give or take. If you check out the processing time for CSC, as of today, they are on Nov 24, 2016. Processing time ranges from 18 - 23 months so you're still within the estimated range, nothing to worry about. Just a little patience.
