Too bad about the buyer backing out. In Ohio once they sign a contract they have to buy. We had that happen. Had to get an attorney and the deal went thru. Does your state have those same laws?
Unfortunately there’s a 10 day open window after the contract is signed where they can back out. But all good! Another deal was made and we feel a lot better about this one!
