So I'm at Fort Wilderness this very moment on my 22nd anniversary. It's my 1st campsite trip ever. 1963 Airstream Globe Trotter. Full hookups. So...i had to run out and buy a 30' extension for the 30amp cable. Also, the breaker at my site was not working great..it would wiggle and shut my power off. Still, we had a good time here breaking ourselves into the glamping. Thanks ya'll.

Turkey vultures are bad in Florida. They love those bed covers for some reason. Many have been destroyed.

If you read the small print, mosquitoes are not permitted at Fort Wilderness 😀. We love Ft. Wilderness and think is the best campground we have stayed over the past 16 years of RV'ing

Does the golf cart come with the campsite?
No you rent them at the campground. I believe it’s $65 a day.
We want to camp there so badly! Maybe summer 2022? 🤔

Check spring time, they usually release spring campground discount and have selected sites available. But they go fast.
You killed a bee? Don’t be a prick! Bees are super important for our eco system! There was no need to kill it! 🙄👎🏻
It was a yellow jacket. Definitely a last resort but didn’t want to find out if anyone was allergic!
