Can we connect 12v dc to this relay module or do I have to use a 12v dc relay module?

If you need to use 12V DC power supply.( First You need to connect the 12V to 5V DC DC Step down buck converter Or Simply use 7805 Voltage Regulator IC)

Same, it is showing in network but not in the app
