Great video! My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Grapevine while out looking at areas to move to in June 2021. We both loved it and bought a house by the lake/Oak Grove Park and moved here in August 2021. You're correct about the planes becoming white noise. It becomes as normal as hearing birds chirp. Property taxes and values continue to go up every single year, but I'd say it's worth it (note to future residents: you can fight your property tax increase and win). Grapevine's proximity to everything is probably the best part next to the people here.
