මෙවර ළමා දිනයට සමාන්තරව මීගමුව ප්‍රාදේශීීය කාර්යාලය මගින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද ළමා දින සැමරැමට විවිධ අංශ නියොජනය කරමින් ළමුන් විශාල පිරිසක් මෙන්ම වැඩිහිටියන් ද එක්ව සිටියා.
එහිදී ළමා වැඩසටහන්වලට අමතරව දුර්ලභ ගණයේ අධ්‍යාපනික ග්‍රැමෆෝන හා පැරණී ගුවන්ද විදුලි යන්ත්‍ර ප්‍රදර්ශනයක් ද පැරණී චිත්‍රපට ගීත පොත් හා ඡායාරෑප ප්‍රදර්ශනයක් ද දැක ගත හැකිවිය. මෙය සංවිධානයකොට තිබුණෙ මීගමුව ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යයාලයේ ළමා කාන්තා අංශය හා සංස්කෘතික අංශය මගිනි.
මෙම ප්‍රදර්ශනයට ලොව පැරණීම ග්‍රැමෆෝන, ගුවන් විදුලි යන්ත්‍ර සහ ලාංකීය සිනමාවේ ගමන් මග සලකුණු කරන චිත්‍රපට සගරා ගීත පොත් හා දුර්ලභ ඡායාරෑප ද පුදර්ශනයට තබා තිබුණි -
A large number of children as well as adults participated in the Children's Day celebration presented by the Negombo Regional Office in parallel with the Children's Day this year.
In addition to the children's programs, there was also an exhibition of rare educational gramophones and old radios, and an exhibition of old film song books and photographs.
This was organized by the Children and Women Division and Culture Division of the Negombo Divisional Secretariat.
The exhibition also featured the world's oldest gramophone radios, film sagas, songbooks and rare photographs that mark the course of Sri Lankan cinema -
The people including Mr. Tilak Welikala, a resident of Negombo, announcer of Rangiri Dambulu Radio Service, who had contributed resources here.
