I think leaving social media for some time is so important because when we spend a lot of time on those apps we will without think compared ourselves with anther people who they show us only the productive side from them
I think it’s all about balance. We need time to work or study, spend time with our family and friends, and most importantly, take time for self-care. If you don’t make time for yourself, even if you want to, your body and mind won’t function as you wish. And be productive can be a challenge
I get the point, sometimes we should resting from everything like studying, sosial media, game and etc. Sometimes game or social media which should to relieve stress rather make stress😅. Nice podcast
In fact I always trying to be productive and organized but sometimes I feel myself blue or under the weather and then I don't nothing but if I don't do nothing I feel myself coach potato and disorganized we need some rest though
