Thanks for the info! Currently on a demo job and having to cut plaster board that’s roughly 1 1/2”, can’t seem to find a blade that last for more than a half of a day! The material we’re cutting is 1/4” drywall with 1 1/4” concrete like plaster and man it’s just eating up every blade we’ve thrown at it! We’re using battery powered Stihl and Makita quickie saws with 9” and 6 1/2” blades!

Workers are cutting a wet cast interlock.. there is some tear out / chips happening and the guys are saying it's the material but I know it's because the blade isn't right or they are dry sawing instead of wet... anyone have any suggestions? I think he's using a 100 diamond stihl blade
