Great video. Could you set up some of the apps from the store. I would like to see how it handles pi hole and how you get it working. cheers

There is a shae option in the left bottom corner where you can enable shares.

Shares are done through the file manager, right click directory and select the share option. However there's no way to password protect shares through the ui.

I wonder if a sabrent quad nvme carrier will work on this also
It have pcie switch on board so don't need pcie birficiation to work and it max out 3.0x4

I have a ZimaBoard driving my NAS with 2x 2.5 HDDs, I even made a cage for them myself th-cam.com/users/shortsA8Hmv9vrzYI
So, it's sad to see that CasaOS did not evolve (yet) into a coherent NAS experience. Wasn't there a year ago and is not now. More like "everything OS", not really focusing on specifics. Well, good news is, TrueNas Core works perfectly with the device.
One thing I am surprised is that Blade is DDR3. My ZB had LPDDR4 @ 1600. Weird. Does not affect net perf tho, 112 MB/s it is.

Have you checked zimaos? It went out of beta few weeks ago and they have added proper support for mdadm. Still not TrueNAS expirience but much more mature.
